Taylor County High School will celebrate its annual Homecoming next week.
Festivities kick off Monday, Oct. 7, and continue through Friday, Oct. 11. This year’s theme is “Bug Beatdown,” and dress-up days include: Monday, Meme Monday; Tuesday, Americana Day; Wednesday, Celebrity/ Character Day; Thursday, Throwback Thursday; and Friday, freshmen and sophomores in white and juniors and seniors in pink.
The Pep Rally is set for Thursday, Oct. 10, at 6 p.m. in the TCHS gym, and the Homecoming Parade will step off Friday, Oct. 11, at 12:50 p.m. from the high school.
Meanwhile, Steinhatchee School will also participate in its own dress-up days next week. The list is as follows: Monday, pajama day; Tuesday, career day; Wednesday, wacky Wednesday; Thursday, great outdoors day; and Friday, stingray spirit days.
