During a meeting Wednesday in Cape Canaveral, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) approved a series of draft rules that tighten restrictions on spotted seatrout.
However, FWC Commissioners appeared receptive to considering other options after listening to several Taylor County speakers who urged the commission to consider the economic impact on the county and Big Bend region.
