Closure for family, as body officially identified as Smith

A forensic odontologist confirmed this week that the body found off Loren Henderson Road on Sept. 21 was that of 48-year-old Bruce Smith from Lake County.

The specially-trained dentist was able to confirm the identify by comparing Smith’s dental records to the body.
