Mrs. Rose Mary “Toni” Bach, age 82, died Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2019, at her home in Perry.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, 11 a.m., Oct. 12, at Beggs Funeral Home in Perry, with burial at Bethel Cemetery in Monticello. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 10-11 a.m., at the funeral home.
She was born and raised in the Bronx, N.Y., and met Eddie Bach and married Dec. 13, 1957. She lived in New Jersey before moving to Perry in 1974.
She was known as “the candy lady.” Rose worked as a manager for Family Dollar and KFC. She passed out candy at church and loved yard sales, crafting, bargain shopping and was a very giving person.
She is survived by one son: John Antonio Bach of Perry; two daughters: Kelly Lynn Khail (Adam) of Valdosta, Ga., and Janet Lee Albanese (Marty) of Perry; and nine grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband: Everett Conley Bach, Sr. and one son Everett Conley Bach Jr.
