Stein. area roadways abandoned by county in 3-2 vote

In a contested 3-2 vote Monday evening, the Taylor County Commission agreed to abandon four sections of undeveloped roadway in Steinhatchee at the request of the adjacent landowner.

Joe Anderson III petitioned the board to consider abandoning the roadways, which under Florida Statutes, will be transferred to the adjacent landowners.
