Kids’ Parade is Oct. 25

The 2019 Florida Forest Festival Kids’ Parade is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 25.

Beginning at 7 p.m., children 12 years of age and under will parade down Washington Street and circle the downtown square.

Children participating in the parade must arrive no later than 6:45 p.m.

Children may ride non-motorized bikes, wagons and baby carriages.

There will be awards presented for: most like the festival theme, “Wood is Good,” most original/creative, most humorous and judges choice.

There will also be awards for the daycare with the most participants and for the class in any school with the most participants.
