Democratic Party pays tribute to late Comm. Russell

The Florida Democratic Party adopted a resolution this past weekend recognizing the late county commissioner Frank Russell for his longtime service to Taylor County and, most especially, his work on behalf of the community’s veterans.

The resolution was proposed by recent state house candidate Ryan Terrell, recognizing and honoring the former commissioner, who died in 2018.
