Forsythe back in court here Oct. 21

After pleading no contest to the second degree murder of a Steinhatchee man in 2018, 20-year-old Oriana Forsythe will be back in court on Monday, Oct. 21.

Forsythe, who was sentenced to 30 years for the murder, was granted an evidentiary hearing as she seeks a belated appeal of her sentencing.
