Carr is third to join in race for District 3 seat

Although the Primary Election is still nearly 10 months away, candidates continue to come forward, officially registering with the Supervisor of Elections office.

Cedar Island resident Richard Dale Carr is the latest, declaring his intent to seek the Dist. 3 county commission seat currently held by Sean Murphy.
