Her name was Ruby Lane.

If not for a chance encounter with a demon disguised as a man, she would likely be nothing but a wisp of a memory to a handful of people.

As it stands, she is merely a footnote in a long line of victims who died at the hands of a self-confessed serial killer who didn’t even bother to ask her name before snuffing out her life in the back seat of a car parked on the side of the highway
