Grants sought for sports complex, Southside park

The Taylor County Commission is seeking two state grants to fund improvements to Southside Park and the Taylor County Sports Complex.

Over the years, Taylor County has been the recipient of numerous grants through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Florida Recreation Development Assistant Program (FRDAP) for a variety of projects, including the sports complex, Hodges Park in Keaton Beach and Steinhatchee Community Park.
