City to replace water filters for $2 million

For most households, changing a water filter typically costs less than the price of lunch and takes literally minutes to do.

But when you are a city that has thousands of water customers relying on your service and a water treatment plant valued in the millions, changing a water filter – or two as the case may be – is a much more involved, and costly, project.
