Second Lake City attorney enters state attorney race

A second Lake City attorney – this one working within the office he hopes to lead — has entered the race for Third Judicial Circuit state attorney.

John Foster Durrett, who serves as the Columbia County supervisor in the state attorney’s office, filed to run with the Florida Division of Elections on Thursday, Jan. 2.
