Toll road focus of workshop

The Taylor County Commission will hold a special joint workshop session with members of the Taylor County Development Authority (TCDA) on Thursday, Jan. 16 at noon to discuss the proposed Suncoast Parkway project.

The proposed toll road extension, which will likely pass through Taylor County if it is constructed, was approved by state officials last year as one of the Florida Legislature’s main priorities.
