Perryland Farm named ‘Grower of the Month’

Billy LaValle of Perryland Farm has been named Pilgrim’s Grower of the Month for February.

He was chosen for his outstanding performance in chicken quality, feed conversion, sustainable farming practices and his good character, company officials said.

“He was nominated because of his excellent performance growing birds,” said Wes Abbott, Pilgrim’s service tech. “Everything he does around the farm is top-notch, from the chickens he provides to the feed conversion he attains.”
