During a regular meeting Tuesday night, city council members voted 4-0 to re-open city parks (with certain restrictions) and approved several other staff recommendations as part of an updated and “ever-evolving” COVID-19 Response Plan.
“We continue to monitor things daily and then we tweak our plan as we need to,” City Manager Taylor Brown told council members who met via online (Zoom) videoconference.
