Coastal property owners caught in sewer Catch-22

A number of Taylor County coastal property owners are apparently caught in a real-life “Catch-22,” which has resulted in them being unable to secure sewer service for their properties.

The Taylor County Commission addressed the issue at its June 1 meeting at the request of local attorney Ray Curtis, but ultimately voted to take no action.
