Carr seeks county seat

In addition to a passion for serving the coastal area of the county and all of District 3, County Commission candidate Richard Carr brings a wide range of work experience to the table.

Carr’s work experience includes serving as a machine operator and supervising rail operations with major regional industrial firms, as well as overseeing sales, safety and quality control for a local manufacturing facility, coaching high school baseball and working as a charter fishing captain.
