Breaking the silence

Loved ones, family and friends lined Jefferson Street Thursday night for a candlelight vigil to honor and remember four lives lost to domestic violence this year: Lori Burns, Rashed Simmons, Heather Luther and Kirk Jansky.

The event was organized by Refuge House, which has a local hotline available 24 hours a day, seven days a week: (850) 584-8808.
