The Taylor County Commission plans to hold the line on property taxes for the upcoming 2020-21 fiscal year, proposing to keep the county’s property tax millage rates the same as the current year.
Due to an increase in the county’s property values — mostly in tangible personal property — the county is expecting to receive nearly $1 million in additional revenue next year.
