The Perry-Taylor County invites the community to join members in celebrating “National Chamber Week” Sept. 14-18.
“C is for chamber and we have a week of special giveaways planned,” Director Dawn Perez said.
On Monday, the chamber will be distributing coupon cards for free chicken tenders, compliments of Hardees.
“The coupons will be available at the chamber Monday only, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.,” Perez said.
On Tuesday, the chamber joins forces with Keep Taylor County Beautiful (KTCB) to give way free crepe myrtles. Distribution will be held at the chamber from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
On Wednesday, “stop by and receive a complimentary Johnson’s donut from 9-11 a.m. While supplies last, Perez said.
A coloring contest will be held Thursday with coloring sheets available at the chamber.
“Submit the completed sheets online by Friday, Sept. 18, to win,” Perez said.
“We will wrap up the week on Friday with coffee, cake and cookies here at the office from 9-11 a.m.,” she said.
The chamber is located at 428 North Jefferson Street, across from City Park.
