Baby Photo Contest deadline Oct. 9

Don’t miss the Friday, Oct. 9 deadline to enter the annual Florida Forest Festival Baby Photo Contest.

Trophies will be awarded in six age groups: birth to six months; seven to 11 months; one-year-old; two-year-olds; three-year-olds; and four-year-olds.

Judging will be based on the following criteria: uniqueness of photo; capturing the moment; baby showing personality; and photogenic baby.

All entries must be amateur photos (not professional or studio); must be enlarged to a 5×7; must be matted (not framed); only one photo per baby can be entered; must be the baby only in photo (no other people); and photo must have been taken after April 1 of this year.

Entries can be turned in at Photos, Frames & Trophies, located at 102 East Main Street.

Winners will be announced at the Florida Forest Festival Little King & Queen Pageant planned for Saturday, Oct. 10.
