Let’s go Bulldogs!

Taylor County High School (TCHS) is celebrating Homecoming this week with a series of special dress-up days all leading to the Big Game Friday when the Bulldogs take on the P.K. Yong Blue Wave.

Today’s (Wednesday) dress-up theme is “Cowboys vs. Surfers;: Thursday is “Throwback” and Friday is “Orange and Blue.

Monday’s theme was “Disney” and Tuesday was “Tik Tok/Celebrity Day.”

The Pep Rally will be held Thursday, Oct. 8, at Dorsett Stadium following the JV football game against Madison (which starts at 6:30 p.m.)

On Friday, Oct. 9, the Homecoming Parade will roll out at 1 p.m., beginning at the high school following the parade route used for the Senior Parade held in May.

The parade will begin at the teacher/staff parking lot and end at Howard and Green Streets.

Pre-game festivities at Dorsett Stadium will begin at 6:30 p.m., and the school dance will begin following the football game.
