$70,000 handed out

More than $70,000 in individual assistance payments have been made to local individuals financially impacted by the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

Taylor County received $175,000 through the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) program with the funding provided by the federal CARES Act.
