June Cedron Morgan

June Cedron Morgan, 73, passed away on Oct. 5, 2020, in Mayo.

She was born Jan. 18, 1947, in Perry to Pharo Morgan and Cedron O’Quinn Morgan.

June was a member of Crosspoint Baptist Church. She worked with the Taylor County School System as a secretary for more than 30 years.

She loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing was one of her many passions along with spending time with her family and friends.

June was preceded in death by her parents, Pharo Morgan and Cedron O’Quinn Morgan, and her brother, John Morgan.

June is survived by: her daughter, LeeAnn (Padgett) Dedge; her brother, Ron Morgan and his wife, Peggy; and one grandson, Urijah Dedge; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held today (Friday) at 11 a.m. at Lake Bird Methodist Church with Eddie Pridgeon officiating.  The family will receive friends prior to the service, from 9:30-10:30 a.m., at Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
