Track and field program expanding to TCMS

Taylor County Track and Field Coach Sherman Rhines is seeking to expand the reach and benefits of the sport of track and field in Taylor County by starting up a program at Taylor County Middle School (TCMS).

Rhines most recently served as the boys coach at the high school, after serving as girls coach each of the two previous years.
