Bond reels in largest trout in CPR fishing tourney

Steve Bond reeled in the largest trout — a 28-1/4-inch long beauty — to win first place and take home $750 in the Gulf Coast Kayak Club’s “CPR” (Catch, Photo, Release) Fishing Tournament held this past Saturday off the Taylor County coast.

More than $2,000 in cash prizes were handed out for anglers placing in the largest Trout and Redfish categories.
