    Donald Edward Blair

    Donald Edward Blair, passed away on Oct. 22, 2020, in Tallahassee.

    He was born in Kinard, Fla., to L.D. Blair and Eunice Naomi Jackson Blair.

    Donnie was of the Christian faith and attended the Church of God. He was the owner/operator of Donnie Blair’s Lawn Care. He was a member of Three Rivers Hunting Club.

    He was preceded in death by: his parents, L.D. Blair  and Eunice Naomi Jackson Blair; three brothers, Chick, Rex and Mikey Blair, and three sisters Betty Jo, Vera Mae and Louise.

    Donnie is survived by: his wife of 58 years, Bonnie June Blair; his four daughters, Donna and Craig Bodiford, Brenda and her husband, Pee Wee Raulerson, Tammy and Duke Shiver and Linda and her husband, Randy Palmer; two sons, Buddy Blair and R.J. Blair with Brandy Collins; two sisters, Syble Palmer and Janice Blair; one brother, Jimmy Blair; 18 grandchildren, Colbi, Britkney (Stacy), Suzanna (Chris), Kaytie, Seth (Desirea), Samantha, J.D., Andrea (Matt), Devin (Sadiee), Eleni (William), Evan, Logan, Lexi, Micha (Leanna), Kelsey, Nick, Alaina and Hunter; 24 great-grandchildren; and a close family friend, Terri; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

    Funeral services were held on Monday, Oct. 26, at 11 a.m. at the Church of God with the Rev. Halton Jeffcoat officiating. Interment services followed afterward in Rocky Ford Cemetery.

    The family received friends one hour prior to the service, from 10-11 a.m. At the church.
