Nearly 50% of voters have cast ballots as local candidates enter final stretch

Election Day 2020 is now less than a week away, and nearly half of Taylor County’s registered voters have already cast their ballots.

As of Thursday afternoon, 6,055 of the county’s 12,777 registered voters had voted locally, including 2,738 mail ballots and 3,317 through early voting.
