Returning to a movie theater one year after COVID-19 shut everything down

Last weekend, I went to a movie theater for the first time since September and only the fourth time since the onset of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and its associated shutdowns.

It wasn’t on purpose, but last weekend’s visit marked one year almost to the day from the last time I went to a theatre prior to the shutdown. It has definitely been a long year.
