Food giveaway, shoe drive are planned March 20 at TCES

Farm Share will hold a drive-thru food distribution this Saturday, March 20, at Taylor County Elementary School, starting at 7:30 a.m.

The event will also include a shoe drive fund-raiser for The Less Fortunate Still Matters Foundation. “Please bring in your used shoes; all sizes and kinds are accepted,” organizers said.

The school is located at 1600 East Green Street. Food will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis while supplies last.
