The Tallahassee attorney hired to review the Taylor County School District’s hiring and recruitment procedures has released an overview of her recommendations, including expanding the capabilities of the school district’s human resources (HR) department by establishing a new HR manager position, setting a budget for recruitment and expanding the advertising of open positions.
Attorney Holly Dincman, who is certified in labor and employment law with the Florida Bar and as a Florida Certified Labor Relations Professional through the Florida Public Employer Labor Relations Association, will share her completed report and recommendations with the school board during its upcoming meeting Tuesday, April 6.
