‘Concrete’ progress

Construction of a new building near the intersection of Hwy. 19 and Hwy. 30 (Foley Road) is progressing quickly, paving the way for a new business on the south side of Perry.

Teramore Development, LLC, of Thomasville, Ga., is the new owner of the recently-cleared 2.8-acre parcel that previously held a single family brick home, as well as a concrete block building that was home to a welding and service repair shop owned by Devane Services, Inc.
