Gas Plant Road project fully funded

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has provided Taylor County with an additional $335,000 to fund an upcoming Gas Plant Road widening and resurfacing project.

Combined with the $100,000 in local paving funds the Taylor County Commission earmarked for the project last month, the new state money is expected to be enough for the work to be completed as designed.
