$4,000 school bonus delayed

After receiving a double-whammy of surprising announcements each of the past two Fridays, Taylor County School District employees are likely holding their breath to see what life-changing news arrives in their email inbox as this week draws to a close.

Last Friday, Oct. 1, teachers and non-instructional staff were notified that the retention incentive bonuses they expected to receive this month had been delayed.
