    2. CITIZEN INPUT
      The Lafayette County School Board will hear any citizen who wishes to address the Board, on a one time basis, pertaining to a relevant topic. If the Board wishes to hear more about the topic, that topic will be scheduled for a future Board meeting. Each speaker is limited to three minutes and the time dedicated to this topic will not exceed twenty minutes.
      ADJOURNMENT
      ANY PERSON WHO DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE BOARD WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT SUCH MEETING WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS, AND THAT, FOR SUCH PURPOSE, HE OR SHE MAY NEED TO INSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.
      The School Board of Lafayette County, Florida will meet in Executive Session on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 immediately following the regularly scheduled board meeting. Bargaining/Contract Negotiations will be discussed at this meeting. Present will be School Board Members Darren Driver, Jeff Walker, Marion McCray, Amanda Hickman, and Taylor McGrew. Also present will be Superintendent Robert Edwards, Board Attorney Leenette McMillan-Fredriksson, District Finance Director, Tammi Maund, and Chief Negotiator, Alissa Hingson. Per Florida Statutes, Executive Sessions are closed to the public.

    NOTICE
    Pursuant to Section 2.13(B) of the City Charter of the City of Perry, Florida, notice is hereby given that the City Council had Introduction and First Reading on Ordinance No. 1006 on January 11, 2022 in the City Council Chambers, 224 S. Jefferson Street, Perry, Florida. A Public Hearing and Final Reading on Ordinance No. 1006 is scheduled for January 25, 2022 in the City Council Meeting Room, located at 224 S. Jefferson Street, Perry, Florida at 5:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The public hearing may be continued to a future date at the meeting, without further legal notice in the local newspaper.
    Any interested persons may appear and be heard on the aforementioned public hearing date. Notice is also given, pursuant to Florida Statutes 286.0105 that any person deciding to appeal any decision of the City Council with respect to any matter considered at the meeting will need a record of that meeting and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be heard.
