Black History Month celebration planned Feb. 23

The 2013 African-American History Month Celebration will be held Saturday, Feb. 23, from 2-4 p.m. at Jerkins Community Center.

The celebration will include quizzes, games, prizes and entertainment from local performers. Three renowned educators will receive special honors and an old-fashioned lunch will be served.
