Purple (magnetic) ribbons have been placed on Perry Police Department patrol cars in recognition of October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Above, Capt. Jamie Cruse (who made sure to wear a purple shirt in support of the initiative) joined City Manager Bob Brown, Ptl. Refuge House will host a luncheon in honor of domestic violence survivors Wednesday at Sandy’s Cafe & Gallery.
