Man tazed by officers

A Perry man is facing attempted homicide charges after allegedly attacking a local police officer with a knife Wednesday afternoon.

No one was injured during the attack, and the suspect, Torie Montique Bailey, 27, was taken into custody by officers utilizing “less-lethal” force (deploying Tasers).
