Deadline to register for Juneteenth Scholarship Pageant is April 16

Registration is underway for the Juneteenth Scholarship Pageant planned June 4.

The pageant will have four age groups: Miss Juneteenth, ages 16-18; Junior Miss Juneteenth, ages 12-15; Little Miss Juneteenth, ages 6-11; and Juneteenth Princess, ages six months to five years.

The application deadline is this Saturday, April 16.

The event is being presented by the Juneteenth Committee, along with the Taylor County Leadership Council. Registration fees are $70 for ages 5 and under, and $85 for ages 6 and older.
