How do we protect schools?

Local businessman and former Perry Police Department (PPD) Investigator Mike Anderson appeared before the city council Tuesday, June 14 to request the City of Perry help fund several school security measures.

Anderson stated his request was prompted by the recent May 24 Robb Elementary School shooting in Uvalde, Texas, where 18-year-old Salvador Ramos fatally shot 19 students and two teachers, in addition to wounding 17 others.
