    Posted on July 13, 2022

Students enrolling in Fall Term 2022 classes at North Florida College (NFC) are invited to get a “Jumpstart” on the essential skills necessary to succeed in their courses with a free study course.

“Jumpstart” offers free study skills, strategies and academic review sessions, free of charge, for students preparing to enroll in the following classes: ENC 1101/Freshman English I; MAT 1033/Intermediate Algebra; MAC 1105/College Algebra; STA 2023/Introduction to Statistics; or any science course.

Technology sessions, open to all NFC students enrolling in Fall Term 2022, will provide information and tips on navigating and using NFC technology effectively.

The 2022 Jumpstart program will be held virtually and in-person Aug. 1-4. NFC students should register no later than July 31.

The Technology session will benefit any NFC student taking classes this fall. Students will learn how to use D2L (the college’s course management system), navigate the NFC InfoNetwork, utilize GoMail, create a PowerPoint and more.
