Healthy Start will host free Woman’s Health Group Dec. 14 from 2-4 p.m.

The Healthy Start Coalition of Jefferson, Madison & Taylor counties will host a free Women’s Health Group on Wednesday, Dec. 14, from 2-4 p.m. at the local Taylor County Health Department at 1215 N. Peacock Ave.

There will be prizes, giveaways and other fun incentives for those attending.

Discussion topics will include: Preventing Unplanned Pregnancies, Nutrition/Wellness, Exercise/Movement for All Bodies, Importance of Folic Acid, STI’s, Toxic Stress, Tobacco Reduction, Importance of a Primary Care Doctors and much more.
