Lower fire rating could reduce insurance costs

Homeowners in Taylor County could potentially see a discount on their property insurance, after Taylor County Fire-Rescue (TCFR) recently improved its Insurance Service Office (ISO) score for fire protection, shifting the county from a Class 5 to a Class 4.
