‘No strings’ for new $100,000 in federal Rescue Act funding

Taylor County has received an additional $100,000 through the federal government’s American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), and unlike much of the funding delivered by ARPA and the related Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, this new money does not come with many strings on how it can be spent.
