    Margaret Williamson McGrew

    Margaret Williamson McGrew was born on April 20, 1940, to the late Deanna Daniels and Frank Williamson in Millry, Ala. She attended the schools of Washington County, graduating with Koenton High School’s the Class of 1959. She was a faithful member of Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church and a member of the Sandy Toes Red Hat Society. Services will be held Saturday, Jan. 7, at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Perry. She will be interred at Springhill Cemetery. Viewing will be held Friday, Jan. 6, from 4-6 p.m. at the Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church. Margaret is survived by: her children, Debra McGrew of Perry, Lesia Blue (Lorinzo) of Sirmons, John McGrew Jr. (Chiquita), Trevenda McGrew (Leon) and Tammy Pridgeon (Audie), all of Perry, Tekema Graham (Clarence) of Madison and Johnathan McGrew Sr. (Shauntae) of Perry; her grandchildren, Thomas Gray (Vernita) Andrew Blue, Sherrick Williams (De’Quisha), Jarvis McGrew (Shy), Kiara Gray (John), Jabaree Allen, Chaz Pridgeon (Bre), Jayce McGrew (Danielle), Jeremy McGrew Sr., Jordan McGrew, Le’Maya Pridgeon (Harry), Janavia McGrew, Tekayla Graham, John McGrew III, Clarence Graham IV, Jonathan McGrew Jr., Chyna McGrew, Kalani Pridgeon, Kenyata Sanders, Na’easey Freeman, Aryian Lewis and Da’Monie Jackson; 39 greatgrandchildren; daughterin-law, Tia McGrew; and her siblings, Mollie Myers of Waynesboro, Miss., Joe Daniels (Shirley), Diane Daniels of Millry, Ala., Jessie Williamson, Eddie Williamson, Willie D. Williamson (Deborah), Willie Williamson (Linda), all of Alabama, Flora Young of Miami, Shirley McGrew (Jessie), Betty Foxx (Marvin), Alice Poole (Willie), Sarah Nixon (the Rev. Willie) and Kelly Lee, all of Alabama. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors dearly loved by “Queen Margaret.”
