‘You are a liar! A big liar!’

Responding angrily to criticism over his “lack of civility” and conduct at city meetings, Councilman Bill Brynes called Mayor Shirlie Hampton a “big liar” and vowed to continue to address his concerns with staff during council meetings “until the tail stops wagging the dog at the city.”
