Brynes presents 36-item to-do list

At the city’s most recent meeting, Councilman Bill Brynes presented City Manager John Hart with a list of 36 items to address, ranging from requests for additional financial information and a complete inventory of all vehicles – as well as which employees are allowed to take them home — to specific instances of missing manhole covers and faulty fire hydrants.
