‘Insufficient evidence’ Brynes, Ketring broke Sunshine Law at lunch

A downtown lunch conversation between two city council members, a city employee and local businessman prompted an internal investigation into possible “Sunshine Law” violations in late January, however City Attorney Ray Curtis later determined there was “insufficient evidence to prove that a violation of the law occurred.”
