Man sentenced to 25 years in prison

With a slim build and youthful face that belies his age, Ronald “Ron” Hawes II strikes an unassuming and non-threatening appearance. But, two very different sides of the 36-year-old man emerged during testimony presented during a plea and sentencing hearing held Monday, April 17, as Hawes faced three counts of molestation and child abuse charges.
